To organise the World Cup we require a dedicated team of people.

Please take some time to read the job roles below to see if there is something that appeals to you.

Liaison Includes:
Liaison with the competing countries Sponsorship – to liaise with the management team to seek sponsorship requirements e.g.; horse feed Horse/Event Insurance Exhibitors VIPs

Human Resources Includes:
Photographer, DJ, Paramedics, Farrier, Grounds man etc All volunteers and staff

Schedule/Events Includes:
Tournaments alongside WC Schedule of events e.g.: Civic reception, Opening ceremony etc

Promotions Includes:
All promotional materials Media coverage before and at the event Gifts and memorabilia, DVDs, website Spectator generation

Facilities Includes:
Booking all facilities and resources

Horses Includes:
All horse related matters including: Grading, welfare, recruitment, feeding, transportation etc

Hospitality Includes:
Arranging all hospitality events
